Sunday Meal Prep underway. Broke out my slow cooker . Workout done now time to cook to stay on track. Fail to plan and plan to fail. This week my meals are breakfast: egg whites with avocado and turkey bacon. Mid morning: protein shake with almond milk and peanut butter. Lunch: chicken and broccoli with mozz cheese on top. Mid day: cheese string and almonds. These are packed to go to work daily. Still doing ketogenic diet which is high fat, moderate protein and low carb. #keto #ketogenic #k
